Site Update

I will be updating this blog daily for the next six days starting today. By the end of that time, the links on each page will have been reviewed ; the dead ones will be  researched and removed if found not to be valid elsewhere on the internet.I will also be going through my files and adding  links to more  patterns.

Another goal is to update and answer all comments that are waiting attention. This may or may not be done publicly depending on what I decide. Please accept my apologies for having gotten so far behind. Life has been busy and this blog has unfortunately gotten lost in the shuffle.

If you are a designer and wish to have a link to your pattern added to this site, please send me a message by of the comments. My computer will be checked for messages several times daily for the next several days and at least once daily after that time.

Technical Issues

For the past couple of months my household has been having computer problems. Some of them have been problems with our ISP. Others have been hardware issues on our part. These came to a head recently when we could not remain on the Internet consistently for more than a couple of hours at the most. during that time updating blogs became a frustrating chore.

Thanks to some major help from our ISP’s technical support team  and some changes in hardware, these issues have been resolved.

I have been and will be spending as much time as possible updating this blog. This includes adding links; possibly adding some pages and checking for and dealing with dead links. I will also be going through comments which have been left and making sure they receive replies.

Please be patient as I work through this process.

There has been a little bit of updating to this site this evening. Some new links have been added to various pages. There have been some dead links corrected or removed.

There will more additions and changes here in the upcoming days and weeks.

As you look through the pages here in the upcoming weeks you will start finding signs of updating. Dead links will be removed and hopefully be replaced by new ones. New pages will be added. Grammatical errors on my part will be corrected. Articles on a variety of topics will be posted.

Even though completing all of these changes will take a while, they are being worked on almost daily. Please be patient with me. This is only one aspect of my busy life.

Pages Added

There have been two more pages added to this blog today:

I have been wanting to do this for a while, but was concerned about violating the Terms of Service with WordPress.  The reply to my  note to Support today provided permission to add these pages without violating these rules. 🙂

Please be aware that these pages are works in progress and are by no means complete. If you know of a site or sites you wish to see here, feel free  let me know in the comments section of this blog. Please understand  that my response time is sometimes not immediate due to commitments to my family and my employer.

There have been additions to the following pages today:

A new page titled Bath Sets has been added. At this time it only contains knitted items. I have not decided exactly what items to list here. Crocheted items will be added as time allows. That probably will not happen this weekend.
