Kitchen Drawers Potholders

Good Morning!

It seems to me that at one time someone was looking for a link to the Kitchen Drawers Potholder Pattern. I found this morning in the course of reading email and looking around the internet. Here is the link to it in case you are interested:

Crochet Soiree From here you need to create an account, which is free or sign in. Next: click on Patterns at the top and then click: Free.

Going through this process might take a minute or two, but it is an easy way to get the pattern, or others if you are interested.

Have a glorious day!

Good Morning

The past couple of days have been super busy. One of the reasons for that is because I took lots of time to update and add lot of links to this site. There was also time to reply to several comments.

I also added a page by splitting the Towels page into  Towels-Crochet and  Towels-Knit. My motivation was to make this site easier to use. If it doesn’t help, please let me know.

There are probably more dead links, for which I apologize. I will be looking for these as much as possible. If you see some that have been missed, please let me know so they can be corrected or removed.

My files are bursting with new links  to add here. There are not enough hours in my days to do as much as I want on this site. For some reason, my employer expects me to work when schedule; my family needs my attention, I need a bit of sleep; and a bit of time to knit or crochet is also needed.  I learned a long time ago it is better for me  to be busy than bored. 🙂

Have a great week!!

Patterns Added

Several patterns have been added to the Knit Cloths. Knit Cloths-Round and Lacy Cloths pages. If  cloth fits more than one category, links are added to more than one page to the best of my human ability.

You can now subscribe to this blog by clicking the link at the bottom of the side bar on the right.

Additions

Links have been added to the following pages:

  1. Knit Cloths
  2. Lacy Cloths
  3. Towel Toppers, Holders and Rings
  4. Mop Covers

I will be adding more patterns this weekend.

If you have any questions please let me know.

Dead Links Removed

Dead links have been corrected or removed from the Knit Cloths page. I will now begin updating that page with serous effort for the next few days. It might take longer depending on how much time is involved.

Dancing As Fast As I Can

It’s almost the end of January and I have not accomplished as much as I wanted to this month, especially on this site.  I got almost completely involved  in assembling a comfortghan that was my part of a group project. It had to be a priority.

I am finally starting to get some work done here. A few dead links have been removed.  Others have been updated.  More links are waiting to be added. There is  a lot to do.  It will get done.

Sew-Funky wrote with news that she has moved her site to a new home. If you have a chance take a look at her new site: Sew-Funky.  Thanks to the wonders of her new web host, WordPress, she has a complete page with links to her dishcloth patterns. Be warned by a biased reader and knitter that you will probably find a pattern or two to tickle or fancy or imagination.   Here is the link: Cloths I Have Designed .

Have a fantastic day and weekend!

Links and Pattern Sharing

The  primary purpose of this site is  to provide links to patterns. It is not a pattern sharing site due to copyright concerns, nor is it a place to buy and sell items.

In recent weeks I have received comments on this blog from people requesting patterns for items and others wanting to purchase handmade items. These comments have not been posted to the site, or parts of them have been edited to delete such topics. Once again, my concern is copyright protection of all concerned.

If you want or need someone to make handmade items for you there are a couple of resources for you;

  • You can write the owner of a pattern by way of  her/his website privately regarding this.
  • Go to  places like  ETSY, ArtFire or DaWanda and do a search for what you want or need.

There are links to  free patterns on the Scrubbies and Cloths with Scrubbies or the Pattern Collections list on the front  page of this site.
